I want to make something tailored for my needs, sth that i can bend and tweak every detail, yet being clean and simple. i thought ruby on rails is a idea, but it turns out that cms in ruby is not very active. i guess i'll just figure out the coding of one cms and make my choice later. also PHP implementation.
