there are some cheap ones in China, you can ask Yuan Jue about it. Or for abroad sites, GoDaddy.com is quite popular (though they may not be the cheapest).
However, after you go to grad school, you will probably have your own homepage space from the dept. So don’t worry too much on this, hehe
