plan and schedule { 紧急任务：订出构架，写出报告，订出日程！

出构架

    出数据结构与数据库，传输格式，接收方式等。先用perfectXML的界面跑，同步的做界面。

    成接收//传输//显示，让系统跑起来。先解决文件传输，再解决视频与音频。
